We are proud to share the remarkable journey of Robin Blanchard, an accomplished leader who recently retired as a Colonel in the United States Army National Guard. Robin's career is distinguished by her groundbreaking achievements, including being the first female to command a brigade in the State of Washington. Over her final eight years in service, she held pivotal command roles, showcasing her exceptional leadership abilities. In 2014, she returned to the US after leading a Military Engagement Team deployed in the Middle East, where her expertise in leadership was recognized through invitations by the US Embassy Speakers Program to address audiences in Kuwait and Tajikistan.

Robin’s diverse experience extends beyond her military service. In the public sector, she served as a health systems consultant for the Washington State Department of Health and has held several board positions for nonprofit organizations. Her earlier career in corporate sales, marketing, and management provided her with a solid foundation in leadership and strategic thinking, complementing her extensive military background. This blend of experiences has shaped her unique approach to leadership training and consulting. As a certified expert in all content provided by Blanchard, based in San Diego, and an ICF certified coach, Robin’s qualifications enhance her ability to deliver impactful and transformative leadership training.

Throughout her career, COL (Ret) Robin Blanchard commanded two Battalions, a Regiment, and a Brigade, and holds an Executive MBA and a Master’s in Strategic Studies. Her active Top Secret clearance underscores her commitment to excellence and security. Robin’s profound insights and practical experience continue to inspire and empower leaders across various sectors, reflecting her dedication to fostering growth and success in others.
