We are proud to introduce Robin Blanchard, the driving force behind our consultancy. With nine years of experience working with Blanchard Company, Robin has utilized her authorized partner status to branch out and serve her own clients with exceptional facilitation, training, coaching, and keynote speaking services. 

Robin's illustrious career includes her recent role as a Colonel in the United States Army National Guard, where she was the first female to command a brigade in the State of Washington. Her leadership extended globally when she led a Military Engagement Team in the Middle East and spoke to various audiences in Kuwait and Tajikistan through the US Embassy Speakers Program. In addition to her military service, she has worked as a health systems consultant, held board positions in nonprofit organizations, and gained significant experience in corporate sales, marketing, and management.

With a strong academic background including degrees from Pacific Lutheran University, The United States Army War College, and Grand Canyon University, Robin also holds a Top Secret security clearance and is a distinguished Toastmaster. Outside of her professional life, she is an indoor spin instructor and enjoys biking, hiking, and reading, while balancing her time with her three grown children. Her blend of global and local experiences, combined with her engaging presentation style, equips her to deliver impactful training and motivational speaking that fosters confidence and transformational growth.
